Legal operator: OREA 3D is a trading name of OREA PROPERTIES LTD. Your design contract and payment are with OREA PROPERTIES LTD trading as OREA 3D.
1. What we provide
OREA 3D supplies a personalised concept visualisation for the selected package, including at least one high-resolution finished image, a concise design direction and an interactive 3D walkthrough that opens in a web browser. Extra image angles or a separately recorded video are included only when stated in the package or written order confirmation. Every package includes one consolidated refinement round covering up to three minor changes. The changes must be requested together within seven calendar days of receiving the first preview.
2. What the design is not
It is not an architectural drawing, measured survey, structural design, planning application, Building Regulations package, electrical or gas design, or construction instruction. Do not build from the concept alone. Obtain all required surveys, professional designs, approvals and competent contractors.
3. Your brief and account
You are responsible for supplying reasonably accurate measurements, clear photographs, access information, an email address you control and the right to share uploaded materials. Purchases may be displayed in the customer account connected to the verified checkout email. Keep email sign-in links private.
4. Delivery and changes
Delivery targets begin after cleared payment and a complete brief. First-preview targets are 3–5 working days for an individual interior room; 5–7 working days for a garden, property conversion, vehicle or container concept; 7–10 working days for two or three rooms or conversion zones; and 10–15 working days for a four-room or complete-home package. Working days are Monday to Friday excluding UK bank holidays. We email the customer when the design is ready and provide private image and walkthrough links through the customer account. A separate secure link may be used if a technical or file-size issue requires it. We normally return the included minor refinement within 2–3 working days after receiving one combined request. The first approval stage normally uses preview images. Minor changes include limited colour or material swaps; replacing, removing or repositioning up to three furniture or décor items; or a small lighting, storage or styling adjustment within the agreed room, measurements, layout direction and brief. A new style or layout, changed measurements or openings, an added room or area, multiple alternatives, structural changes, custom-modelled products, or changes caused by inaccurate or missing customer information are additional work. Additional minor-refinement rounds are £19.99 for a single room, £29.99 for a garden or conversion, and £39.99 for a multi-room package. We confirm the price before starting; a major redesign is quoted separately or may require a new order. If we missed an agreed requirement or did not follow the confirmed brief, we will assess and correct our error without using the included refinement or charging for that correction. The final interactive walkthrough is supplied after the agreed refinement or final approval. Statutory rights remain unaffected.
4A. Optional help capturing the brief
A free virtual show-around provides guidance on useful views and information only; we do not take or verify measurements, and it is not a survey. Subject to location, safe access, service area and availability, OREA may offer a £50 design-capture visit for approximate design-brief measurements and photographs. It is not an architectural, structural or measured survey. The visit is confirmed and charged separately. If OREA later undertakes the corresponding eligible build for the same customer, property and scope within 12 months of the visit payment, the paid £50 visit fee becomes additional non-cash project credit. Proof of payment and the visit reference are required. Credit is not transferable or redeemable for cash, without limiting statutory rights.
Public street, mapping or aerial imagery is consulted only when the customer gives permission and supplies sufficient property details. Such imagery may be unavailable, obscured, inaccurate or out of date and is used only for general external context—not precise measurements, internal layout, technical design or construction decisions.
5. Payment
Prices are in pounds sterling and shown with any applicable taxes. Payment is due through hosted Stripe Checkout. An order is accepted when payment is confirmed and we send the order reference.
6. Optional OREA build service
OREA Properties is also the legal operator of OREA 3D and may separately offer a site survey and build quotation. Any physical build is subject to availability, location, permissions, survey findings, a written scope and a separate build contract. A design purchase does not guarantee a build quotation or project start.
7. Project credit
Eligible design fees can be credited against the final invoice for a corresponding OREA build. The same customer, property, email and designed scope must match; references must be supplied; and the build quote must be accepted within 12 months. Credit is non-cash and non-transferable. 8. Liability
Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or affects consumer statutory rights. We are not responsible for construction decisions based on a concept visualisation, inaccurate customer measurements, or work by third parties outside our control.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law applying where the UK consumer lives, and the relevant UK courts have jurisdiction.
