Small, focused adjustments

  • Limited colour or material swaps
  • Replace, remove or reposition up to three furniture or décor items
  • One small lighting, storage or styling adjustment
  • Corrections where we missed the confirmed brief do not use your refinement

Additional work

A changed or expanded brief

  • New style or substantially different layout
  • Changed measurements, doors, windows or structural features
  • Added rooms, areas or several alternative versions
  • Custom-modelled products or changes caused by missing or inaccurate information

We always confirm the cost before starting. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
